The general board consists of a president, vice president, treasurer, relationship manager and project coordinator. The board determines the vision and strategy of the association and directs day-to-day activities. Many times we are active behind the scenes and you only see a face during meetings. To get to know us better, the board members briefly introduce themselves to you below.

I am Vincent and since October 2023 I am the proud president of Jong Logistiek Nederland. I also work as Supervisor Facility Operations at DSV Solutions in South-West Netherlands. My role at JLN stems from my passion for the logistics sector. I want to show young logisticians how versatile this sector is by giving them hands-on experience. In doing so, I hope to enthuse many more others about the sector, just as others have done for me.

Hi, I'm Kiki! I joined Jong Logistiek Nederland in 2023. First as a region ambassador, but nowadays I am active in the board. I joined JLN because it's a great way to connect with fellow logisticians and companies. So I love the company visits, it's the perfect way to get an inside look at companies. Ideal to find out what I like and where my passion lies. Thanks to JLN, I can already build a wide network in logistics!

Graduated as a Logistics Engineer in 2021 at the HZ (Hogeschool Zeeland) in Vlissingen. Currently active within Jong Logistiek Nederland for quite some time, being a member since 2020. Then I fulfilled the role of region ambassador within JLN and approached to become Treasurer in 2024. Currently working at DHL as a Logistics Engineer.My goal is to gain as much insight into this industry as possible, since logistics is connected to everything worldwide. For this reason, I chose to study logistics further.

My name is Leonie and I just graduated as a logistic engineer and have now started my master's degree in Circular Economy. Every day I am working on smart and sustainable solutions for the logistics sector. I believe in innovation, cooperation and the power of a strong network. That is why I am also active at Jong Logistiek Nederland - the place where students and young professionals meet, exchange ideas and work together on tomorrow's logistics.

I am Sharon, relationship manager at Jong Logistiek Nederland to be able to use my knowledge and network to help young professionals from the sector to expand their network and knowledge. I also find it a great opportunity to expand my own network and learn a lot from the others within Jong Logistiek Nederland. I want to see how we can bring companies and young professionals together even more. I hope to contribute to this with my role on the board.

I am currently working as a Data Analyst at Transavia, where I am responsible for the areas of Technical Service, Safety and Medium Term Planning. Before this job, I worked briefly at DSV as a Logistics Engineer in the 4PL department. In July 2022 I completed my Master's degree in Technical Business Administration at the University of Twente in Enschede, before that I followed the Bachelor's degree in Business & IT. Personally, I have a great interest in logistics, from rail transport to fulfillment. I see it as one of JLN's goals to connect students and young professionals in logistics more with each other, with education and with business. Therefore, I have taken on the role of Project Coordinator on the board of JLN, from I am responsible for organizing Dé Logistieke Speeddate.
