Company of the Year

I am Rene Castel and together with Lineage proud winner of the JLN Company of the Year 2023. For 38 years I have been working at Lineage, the largest player in refrigerated logistics. I started as a logistics employee and progressed to Learning & Development Coordinator for the Benelux. One of my passions is making young people enthusiastic about logistics and helping them choose the right course of study. I do this by giving tours and introducing them to our sector. "Winning the JLN Award shows that more and more schools and young professionals know how to find us. The regional government also sees our success through social media, which helps connect entrepreneurs, government and education.
