The Annual Conference: Behind the scenes (English)
On Wednesday, November 26, Jong Logistiek Nederland is organizing the Annual Conference at the Gelderlandfabriek in Culemborg, with the theme of event logistics.
The Annual Conference is the highlight of our year, where our community comes together to discover the versatility of logistics. A day full of inspiration, knowledge and networking opportunities for students, young professionals and experienced peers from across the country!
What to expect.
- Inspirational speakers: Keynotes and break-out sessions with experts from business, education and government, in Dutch and English.
- Themes: From the largest police operation ever in the Netherlands; the NATO summit, and the process of licensing events, to crowd management during Carnival in Breda and reducing pressure on hospitals through medical posts at the Rotterdam Marathon.
- Award ceremonies: Presentation of Thesis Award, Member and Guru of the Year.
- Networking: Meet fellow attendees during informal networking drinks, ideal for sharing knowledge and experiences.
Practical information
- Free admission
- Includes lunch and drinks
- Easily accessible by public transportation (next to Culemborg train station) and parking at Stationsplein, about 200 meters from the location.
- Signing out is free of charge up to two days before the event
- Photos and videos will be taken during the event for promotional purposes
The working language is Dutch, but English-speaking visitors will be catered for as much as possible, for example, with all slides in English and at least three breakout sessions in English. Sign up using the green button!
