Opportunities with Data is a collaboration between Windesheim University of Applied Sciences and the University of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN), with the aim of supporting SMEs in the eastern Netherlands in harnessing the power of data.
Led by Roger van Hoesel (Logistics Valley), we will dive into the opportunities of data-driven work and AI using real-life examples. So how does logistics passion get you to better decisions, even when resources are limited?
Four perspectives
Making smarter decisions with limited resources is the focus of this event, where we show SMBs how to use data effectively without large investments. Four perspectives will be covered: cost optimization through smarter logistics and inventory management, workforce planning with data-driven insights into rosters and capacity needs, customer focus through better responsiveness to customer needs, and small-scale digital transformation with practical steps to data-driven working. Using concrete real-life examples, we show how companies are successfully applying these principles and making an immediate impact.
