With the number of new logistics students decreasing, it’s more important than ever to inspire young people to join the industry — and to keep the talent that has already chosen a career in logistics engaged and motivated. An increasing number of these young professionals are international, traveling from far and wide to the Netherlands to learn more about our logistics sector. Many of them leave a lot behind to fully commit to their studies and careers here.
Therefore, we do everything possible to welcome them and make them feel part of our community. Since this year, we organize company visits entirely in English, and during our Annual Conference a complete day program is available for English-speaking participants. And of course our website could not be left behind either – it is now available in both Dutch and English!
We are proud of these international students and young professionals, and hope they have a great time in the Netherlands – during their studies, but certainly also afterwards.
