Partner event: Plintenfabriek.nl

On Thursday, Oct. 2, VLM’s Community E-Commerce will host a company visit to Plintenfabriek.nl in Ravenstein.

During this visit, participants get a unique behind-the-scenes look at a manufacturer that controls the entire production and distribution process. Plintenfabriek.nl produces a wide range of skirting boards and decorative wood products, keeps stock and handles its own distribution.

Founder Diek van den Berk shares his inspiring entrepreneurial story: from the dream of setting up his own factory to making idiosyncratic choices with the goal of continuous improvement. His introduction is followed by a tour of the production and logistics departments.

The program will conclude with a plenary session for questions and discussion, followed by a networking reception with refreshments.
