BASIC TRAINING | Using AI smartly in your daily work! (Dutch)

AI is not the future — it is the present. In a world where technology is evolving rapidly, AI skills are becoming less of a choice and more of a necessity.

Not because artificial intelligence (AI) will take over your job, but because professionals who use AI effectively are more productive, achieve better results, and have more time left for work that truly energizes them. If you don’t start using AI, you become the less attractive option: slower, more expensive, and with less impact. And that gap? It grows larger every day.

PROGRAM:

In this basic training, we won’t just cover what AI is, what you can do with it, and how to use it safely — we’ll immediately move to practical application.

During this session, you as a participant will think of one of your own work processes, and we will work hands-on to build an AI assistant that can take over repetitive tasks. Think, for example, of automatically structuring information, preparing texts, or supporting routine tasks. That way, you’ll experience firsthand how AI can truly help you in your daily work. So this is a true hands-on session! Not just talking, but actually getting to work. All within your own AI chatbot account, or an AI chatbot of your choice.*

*AI chatbot license?
If you don’t have a license yet, you can request a trial period for ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini during the training or just before.
If you already have access to Copilot through your workplace, you can use it to practice during the training.

CATERING:
Lunch will be provided. Please indicate when registering whether you wish to make use of it.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Logistics professionals, board members, and/or HR managers who have no experience working with AI yet. Or do you hardly use AI, only occasionally, and mostly as a replacement for searching on Google? Then this training is for you!

RATES:
€50 for members of VLM / JLN
€150 for non-members

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The group size is a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring sufficient attention for personal explanations and questions.
Participation is handled in order of registration.
Members of VLM and JLN receive priority over non-members. If the training is full, non-members will be placed on a waiting list and may participate if spots become available. If a non-member cannot participate due to lack of space, the already paid registration fee will be fully refunded.
If there is high demand, we will organize an additional training session, so feel free to register even if it means being placed on the waiting list.
The training starts promptly at the indicated time, so please ensure you are on time.
Bring a laptop — this is necessary to follow the training.
After the session, there will be time for questions and networking.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before the start.
