Op woensdag 22 januari 2025 organiseert Jong Logistiek Nederland een bedrijfsbezoek bij CEVA Logistics in Oud Gastel. 

CEVA Logistics biedt wereldwijde supply chain oplossingen en werkt met 110.000 werknemers op meer dan 1.300 locaties in ruim 170 landen wereldwijd. Binnen de e-commerce divisie zorgt CEVA dagelijks voor een tijdige bezorging van jouw online bestellingen van bekende merken zoals bol.com, Zalando en de Bijenkorf.

Vanuit Oud Gastel worden bestellingen van een Japanse fashion retailer verzonden naar winkels en online klanten in verschillende Europese landen. Hoewel de retailer vooral actief is in Azië, zet het merk nu ook stappen in Europa, waaronder in Nederland.

De voertaal van dit evenement is Engels, waardoor het zeer geschikt is voor internationale studenten. Deelname is gratis voor studenten en leden van JLN en VLM.

On Wednesday, January 22th, Jong Logistiek Nederland is organizing a company visit to CEVA Logistics in Oud Gastel.

CEVA Logistics provides global supply chain solutions, employing 110,000 people across more than 1,300 locations in over 170 countries. Within the e-commerce division, CEVA ensures the timely delivery of online orders from well-known brands like bol.com, Zalando, and de Bijenkorf every day.

From Oud Gastel, orders for a Japanese fashion retailer are shipped to stores and online customers across various European countries. While the retailer is primarily active in Asia, the brand is now expanding into Europe, including the Netherlands.

The event will be conducted in English, making it highly suitable for international students. Participation is free for students and JLN and VLM members.
